ORPHANS & THE POOR

Orphan Means a small orphan children, who does not have parents, whether male or female, whether the grandfather or not. Including the little boy out of wedlock son and daughter who were denied by reason of li'an between husband and wife. When they have reached puberty it is no longer called orphans, and puberty is the age of fifteen years qamariyyah.

However, Malaysia's Malay community has another term that is meant as orphans who have lost both their mother and father, even though this term does not exist in Islamic law. The orphan is a child who lost his father, or both while it is small or not yet reached puberty. Islam bequeathed humanity in order to make good relations with the orphans, such as providing protection and education as well as providing for their rights.

While The Poor is People who do not get adequate sustenance for him and they did not know how to get it, they were given without asking from other people .
